A Career Rooted in People, Trust & Global Perspective

Fahra Rizwari is the Founder and CEO of NOBLE ASIA, with over 20 years of experience in real estate advisory, expatriate relocation, and property investment in Indonesia. Her career has been defined by one guiding principle: helping people feel secure and supported when making life-changing moves.

Beginning her journey in Jakarta’s premium residential property market in 2003, Fahra quickly developed a deep understanding of client needs, market behavior, and negotiation. Her career later expanded internationally when she joined A1GP – The World Cup of Motorsport, managing VIP operations across cities including London, Amsterdam, Johannesburg, Sydney, and Shanghai. This global exposure shaped her cultural intelligence and service mindset.

Returning to Indonesia, Fahra recognized a gap in the market – expatriates needed more than listings. They needed guidance, cultural understanding, and trust. In 2013, she founded Noble Properties Asia, which later evolved into NOBLE ASIA, serving expatriate families, diplomats, and multinational corporations.

Jerome Prijatman is the Co-Founder of NOBLE ASIA and the mind behind the company’s design philosophy, operational structure, and integrated ecosystem. Born and raised in Berlin, Germany, and coming from a German – Indonesian background, Jerome grew up bridging cultures – a perspective that strongly influences his work.

With more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, consulting, and design-and-build environments, Jerome began his career in hospitality, where precision, flow, and experience are essential. Over time, his passion evolved into design and architecture, driven by a desire to create spaces that are functional, intuitive, and emotionally grounding.

In 2010, Jerome began working in Indonesia’s hospitality and lifestyle landscape. In 2017, he co-founded Noble Design Asia with Fahra Rizwari, combining operational discipline with human-centered design – a foundation that later expanded into NOBLE ASIA.

Signature Philosophy: Design With Purpose, Systems With Care

Jerome believes that spaces – like relocations – must work quietly and intuitively. His approach blends German efficiency, structure, and systems thinking with Indonesian warmth and adaptability. For him, good design removes friction, reduces stress, and supports daily life.
