Being introduced to Noble Asia has proven to be the biggest blessing in our international relocation to Jakarta. Over and above assisting us in finding the best accommodation within our budget, Fahra Rizwari has been most helpful and a hugely valuable source of information and guidance on anything relating to establishing ourselves in a foreign and unknown city. She guided us in so many ways, way more than one could expect from someone whose service was initially really just geared at finding a suitable home. What impressed us most initially was Fahra's ability to listen to our needs and preferences, from where she lined up a range of properties for us to view that all ticked the boxes we indicated as important to us. This was not only impressive, but also allowed us to get a sense of our options across different types of accommodation, in different areas and across a varied price range. It almost seemed as if she had known us for years, as the options presented to us were all spot-on and totally aligned to what we wanted. Finding our new home was an easy exercise because of Fahra's ability to listed and understand our needs and preferences. Fahra further managed negotiations on some of our requirements effectively with the property owner and facilitated a smooth contracting process. From here the Noble Asia support team kicked in and assisted us in taking occupation of the house, as well as addressing any snags we identified. This even included assistance with setting up electrical accounts, installing  wifi and other things such as having curtains made. In this process Pandu provided us with excellent support and remained in the loop of communication with contractors until all services were in place. It's clear that Noble Asia runs as a well-oiled machine, with an efficient team led by a strong and hands-on leader. Based on our experience with the team over the past number of months it's clear that Noble Asia leads the property and relocation market in Jakarta, and it's without hesitation that we recommend them as your preferred service provider.
