For SCBD, you're usually a short MRT hop south (station choice matters). For Kuningan, the trip is more “eastward cross-city,” so expect car/time variability and consider living closer to the Dukuh Atas hub for multi-modal backups.

Thamrin can work for families mainly if you're happy with apartment living and your children's school commute is manageable.
